Somalia: Blast, Gunfire HIt Mogadishu

Witnesses report an explosion outside a well-known hotel in Somalia's capital, Mogadishu.

A local reporter told VOA's Somali Service that heavy gunfire was heard immediately after the blast.

The reporter said a number of people have been wounded.
