President of Ukraine signs decree on Ukraine's participation in military training mission of the European Union to the Republic of Mali. The relevant document has been posted on the website of the President.
"To take part in military training mission of the European Union to the Republic of Mali by providing material - technical resources and services for the implementation of the strategic air transport for the benefit of the said Mission," the document says. At the same time the Cabinet of Ministers is tasked to resolve the issue of providing of the material-technical resources and services for use in the Mission by Ukraine.
This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
"Ukraine's participation in the military training mission of the European Union to the Republic of Mali corresponds to the national interests of Ukraine and will contribute to the maintenance of international peace and security," the decree says.
