Newly elected President of Egypt, General Abed Fattah el-Sisi, had prepared plans for the Egyptian military to take over the government in 2010, months before President Mubarak was dismissed, the British Telegraph reported.

The reports indicate that el-Sisi prepared plans to overthrow the government while serving as the head of the Egyptian army’s intelligence corps.
