Palestinians and Israeli military clash in the West Bank

Palestinians and the Israeli military have clashed in the West Bank amid escalating violence between the two sides in Gaza.



Dozens of men believed to be Palestinians hurled rocks and set tyres alight as Israeli forces used riot dispersal rounds, the Associated Press reported.


The protest took place near the Bet El settlement in a bid to show solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
