Associated Press Topics: From the Wires, News NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) - The Kenya Red Cross say 13 people have been killed in overnight attacks in two counties on the Kenyan coast, where last month al- Qaida-linked militants claimed responsibility for killing 65 people. The Red Cross chief Abbas Gulet said Sunday the attacks took place in the Lamu and Tana River counties.
