KINSHASA (Reuters) - Suspected Ugandan rebels killed more than 20 people near the eastern Congolese town of Beni in the second attack in around 48 hours, the spokesman for a civil society group told Reuters on Saturday.
The ADF-NALU rebels, who operate in the Democratic Republic of Congo's eastern border zone, attacked Byalos village, said Omar Kavota, a spokesman for the Civil Society of North Kivu.
