SIX men who allegedly stripped a woman in Kayole were yesterday arraigned in a Makadara court but only five pleaded to the charges.
Michael Kamau, Zachary Gitonga, Kelvin Njuguna, David Kinuthia and Lawrence Kuria were charged with stripping and assaulting Regina Nyambura and her sister Martha Wambui by indecently touching her.
They allegedly committed the offence on November 17, at Mihango stage.
Hosea Kassim however did not take plea as the sign language interpreter was not in court.
Kinuthia was also charged separately with stripping a girl in Kayole
Makadara senior principal magistrate Victor Wakumile rejected the suspects application and ordered them remanded at the Industrial Area police station, when a sign language interpreter will be available for Kassim to take plea and their bond terms application reviewed.
The case will be mentioned on December 2.
