Four people were Friday night gunned down in a bar in Mbarara.
The shooting took place at 3.00am at a local drinking joint called Namuyimba's bar in Lugazi.
Reports indicate that an unidentified assailant struck the joint and sprayed the four occupants with bullets before fleeing.
Police suspect one the of the victims, a boda boda rider, could have transported the assailant to the bar before the shooting.
Police have recovered 22 cartridges at the crime scene.
