Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affair today morning opened the Conference on Partnership, Development and Investment in the Republic of Guinea, in the presence of President Alpha Conde of Guinea.
