January 3, 2015 (WAU) – The governor of South Sudan’s Western Bahr el Ghazal state, Rizik Zackaria Hassan 29 December, 2014 sacked two director generals from the state ministries and replaced them.
The duos were Ustaz Abdulahi Ali from the education ministry and Ustaz John ELis Bandas from the ministry of youth, sports and culture.
Hassan, in a separate order, appointed two new directors including that of the newly created gender, child and social welfare ministry.
Malik Adam Abdalla for the education ministry, Jacinto Mathew for youth, sports and culture, while Coleta Aku Satero will oversee the gender and social welfare ministry.
The order did not, however, explain why the governor took this decision.
